Title: Application and Engineering of Cryptography in Blockchain

Blockchain technology, following mainframe computer, personal computer (PC) and Internet, is considered as another disruptive innovation in the computing mode, with the potential to cause a new round of technological innovation and industrial transformation in the global scope, which has been used in such fields as IoT, management of intelligent manufacturing supply chain and digital asset trading. The consortium blockchain has great advantages in privacy protection, legality tracking and other aspects. We designed and implemented such critical cryptography schemes as group signature, broadcast encryption and zero knowledge proof, and we also adopted such schemes in the realization of a secure and efficient consortium blockchain system.
Doctor He Debiao, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in School of Cyber Science and Engineering·WHU; Current Director in the Institute of Cryptography of Wuhan University, Standing Member of the Blockchain Professional Committee of China Computer Federation, and Member of the Academic Committee of Chinese Association for Cryptologic Research; Winner of the First Prize of Natural Science Award, Ministry of Education; Candidate for "Highly Cited Researchers 2019 based on Clarivate Analytics"; Winner of the best paper awards issued by IEEE Systems Journal, IET Information Security and other internationally renowned journals, and the excellent author nominated by China Science Press; Editorial Committee member/Youth Editorial Committee member of 5 internationally renowned journals, including Frontiers of Computer Science and IET Wireless Sensor Systems. Professor He has published more than 100 academic papers in IEEE TIFS, IEEE TDSC, USENIX Security and other renowned journals/conferences at home and abroad, which have been cited more than 7,000 times according to Google Scholar. He used to lead more than 20 research projects, such as general projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, critical projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China and sub-projects of National Key R&D Program of China. His corresponding achievements in commercial cryptographic algorithm have been adopted by more than ten commercial cryptographic enterprises, such as BJCA, Union and SURESEC.
